Product Description

Spring Swirl Atomization Nozzle
The new-type spring-swirl atomizing nozzle consists of a cylindrical compression spring, an inclined-hole swirl nozzle (see the right figure for details), a umbrella-shaped valve flap, valve seat, annular pipe seat and other  components. When cooling water enters the desuperheater, a pressure differential is created across the nozzle. Under this pressure difference, the spring compresses, causing the cooling water to be ejected from multiple rotating annular spray ports of the swirl nozzle. This forms an extremely thin, interlaced atomized water curtain in umbrella shape that fills the entire pipe space. When high-temperature steam passes through, it undergoes full heat exchange with the cooling water.
When primary steam operates at 10%-30% low flow conditions, it induces changes in the sensors on the secondary steam pipeline at the outlet end. The converted electrical signal from the transmitter is sent to the electric
control valve on the cooling water pipeline. This controls the opening degree of the regulating valve to adjust the cooling  water flow, thereby modifying the spring's compression height. Thus under low primary steam flow, the cooling water spray  volume decreases correspondingly, solving the problem where cooling water couldn't adapt to operational condition changes. Additionally, during system operation, the spring nozzle's structure incorporates a check function, effectively preventing  sudden steam backflow from the steam pipeline into the cooling water line when cooling water pressure drops unexpectedly.
