Product Description

MZ Series Single-Seated Regulating Valve

The MZ series single-seated regulating valve is a dual- purpose solution for water and steam systems, ideal for deaerated water or handling non-lubricating, viscous, andchallenging fluids. Its "rear-guided design" stabilizes the valve core within the guide cage, reducing noise, vibration, and valve trim wear.The valve cover adopts a spring-loaded packing design.The packing is made of PTFE V-rings, flexible graphite or dual packing with dynamic loading, which reduces the movement resistance of the moving parts and minimizes the maintenance of the packing.Different valve core types can be selected according to different working conditions to achieve different flow characteristics.Standard valve cores include equal percentage, linear and quick-opening characteristics.The valve uses a top-compressed seat ring design to minimize disassembly time and enable direct online servicing or maintenance without pipeline removal.
